Illness: continued

Sadly I’m still full of cold and this is seriously hampering my efforts to get in to training.  I’ve been able to cycle to work for the past three days, but no running – and it’s unlikely that I’ll be back on the treadmill before I got to Scotland on Sunday for a couple of days. Boo.

So, the current plan is to be back to health sufficiently by Tuesday that I can give it another go.  Until then, it’s all hot lemon and ginger at this end…
